In 2021, I have started my journey as an ICF Coach, nowadays with more than 300 hours coaching clients from different countries and background it gave me the opportunity to be in touch with different cultures enriching my understanding of each of them. At ICF Switzerland I am working as the HR & People and Culture DEIB Director to help to increase the culture of coaching in Switzerland. Being passionate about HR for more than 30 years this was a path that was missing in my adventure. Always wanting to contribute to the development of people in different roles of my career, after the Coaching certification I realized it was important to be connected with an important organization like ICF, which is the heart of the quality standard for the professionals that are delivering coaching. If someone asks me what is my passion: being able to contribute in different ways to the development of people and sharing the skills and knowledge I have gained in these years.
