I am a young Management Engineer who actively plays the role of corporate and cost controller. I started my career as a Software developer, then moved to consulting and finally to cost control and corporate flows. I am very motivated in my personal growth path and I aspire to become a manager in the field of corporate of sales. During my many work experiences I have developed several soft skills such as the ability to work in a team, good communication skills and approach to problem solving. My character approach to work is based on enthusiasm and the desire to get involved and learn more and more technical, human and behavioral mechanisms and their combinations to achieve the final result. I dream of becoming a great leader within a corporate context that invests in and supports talents and makes them grow.
